 »’SEATON Edward Cato »’ ou Cator (1815-1880). Médecin londonien, Medical Officier du Privy Council et du Local Government Board. Il est l’un des promoteurs de la loi sur l’obligation de la vaccination en Angleterre. Il semble s’opposer à l’introduction du vaccin animal.
