Professeur de pathologie générale et d’anatomie pathologique en 1880 à Munich. (Seine Hauptarbeiten betreffen die Pathologie des Milzbrandes, der Tuberkulose, der Aktinomykose sowie die Fleischvergiftungen und die Infektionen durch tierische Gifte) .
